How do you classify financial assets and what are the accounting treatments for different categories?

There are 04 types
(1)     Financial assets at fair value through profit or loss;
(2)     Held-to-maturity investments;
(3)      Loans and receivables; and
(4)     Available-for-sale financial assets.
