Can I recognize in the consolidated financial statements some unbilled revenue + a CIT provision related to services provided by the subsidiaries?  (I did not recognize this unbilled revenue in the subsidiaries financial statement)  If yes, which IAS/IFRS section allows the practice?

Unbilled revenue + CIT provision related to service provided by subsidiaries can not be recognized by Parent company. It is not stated under any IFRS/IAS. It is advisable to postponed revenue recognization of those bills.
